"Nice atmosphere! Love it's BLACK OWNED! However you must do better on food preparation serving the customers faster! My husband I brought our family that came from out of town here and it was our first time visiting! Shrimp was fried extremely to hard the first time, of course we sent them back for a new order. For the name to be jazz's there wasn't no jazz playing on the speakers only r b hip hop. Waiters all need to do better at serving, their customers! We gave her a $25 tip only her service should have been much better! Food for the most part was good!"

"I love the selection of beers. And the food is usually good. But the waiting time for this special visit was ridiculous. Over 20 minutes for our roast cheese. I really want to love this pace, but I find it difficult with the lack of service."

"Was visiting Jacksonville and heard about this spot. The wait was crazy on Dec. 31st. 1.5 hours at 11:30am). We waited and it was well worth it. Being that it was one of the busiest weekends of the year they had run out of Oxtails. Oh how I was disappointed. Our waiter recommended the Shrimp and Grits with a piece of Salmon! The flavor was amazing and the the Gouda grits were on point. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the Jax Area."

"I came to go. I was greeted and checked before I even made my way to the counter. the staff was very friendly and helpful about vegan items. Vegan elements are all marked on the menu. I like that they offer different flavors of hummus and have specials for the Saturday menu. I have ordered the screw-sheet pack. "This was a great find for us! Coming from Nashville for the game the bartender made our day. I hadn't drank in 15 years and Holy moly still not sure why I chose that night. But either way I had a blast! I think my husband and I have found our new place tohang when we come into town!"
