"Seems to be always a mistake to come to this Burger King, not enough staff, I have a 30 minute lunch and it's always spent waiting on the food. Today 17 minutes spent standing in line with three people with no one coming up there to the front to take our orders and then when you see somebody there at the slowest speed possible with no sense of urgency the line is starting to form. On top of that they forget what the order is even though it's on the screen you have to repeat it back to the cooks from out in the lobby. You know what the problem is and y'all need to fix it."

"First customer, and I was so disappointed. While the ribs were good, food allergies are not taken seriously, and I was shortened. In allergic to gluten and asked for NO bread on a full slam. What covered the whole was half a bread on the flesh. So unfair to people with food allergies are ignored. Wasted money. Asked for a large potato salad, received a small one. Asked for 2 Pommes, got 1."

"Nice atmosphere! Love it's BLACK OWNED! However you must do better on food preparation serving the customers faster! My husband I brought our family that came from out of town here and it was our first time visiting! Shrimp was fried extremely to hard the first time, of course we sent them back for a new order. For the name to be jazz's there wasn't no jazz playing on the speakers only r b hip hop. Waiters all need to do better at serving, their customers! We gave her a $25 tip only her service should have been much better! Food for the most part was good!"

"Great food, great Company. Hats off to them for being the only store in all the Malls to be closed on Sundays. KEEP IP THE GOOD WORK!!! They also hire the BEST employees as well. I feel like they are morally raised from good homed and churches. Nice music being played, too. Pay attention next time you go inside."
