"I usually don't write bad reviews but the customer service here made me feel some type of way. If I had paid attention I probably would have took my money somewhere else. The young lady that took our order didn't even seem interested in what I was saying or could care less about my order. Her body language and whole demeanor gave me a I don't want to be here vibe. I had younger kids with me at the time so I had to go back up and ask for a few items the lady made it seem like I was annoying her asking for extra forks or bottled water. I didn't realize that the teleprompters only had a small list of items that you could order and that there was another list towards the back of the store. I asked the lady if she would suggest as far as something good to eat her reply back was I don't know what you want .. Great job of selling the store smh... This was our first time here and will most definitely be our last time!! 5 out of 10 do not recommend!!"

"The actual bar is fine and the people working were friendly but they charged a $10 cover for no live music or anything. It was the highest cover in the whole Power and Light and it was dead in there. I used to love Shark Bar for their really good tropical cocktails but they didn't even have those. I just don't see why their cover was so high with getting nothing out of going there. Howl at the Moon only had a $5 cover and there was live music so that's totally justified."
