"I guess I Should have read all the HORRIBLE reviews on this place before going! This place has very poor management, when people that show up an hour after you and get their food before you even get your food is not right! Then when you ask the manager about it, he didn 't really seem to act like he cared. No customer service experience what so ever! He didn 't even try to help resolve the issue. We asked for our money back and he asked us to get IN LINE to get our refund! Really? We have already been there for an HOUR! NO we won 't wait! He has HORRIBLE customer service! He should not be a manager! We really respected this place when it was Out of the Park it is definitely not even close to the same experience!!"

"Really liked the food here, on par with the other couple really good Mexican restaurants in Long beach. They have daily specials which are very fairly priced. Really enjoyed the torta which was big enough to make two meals out of. Nice neighborhood vibe as well. Will definitely be going back to Great Mex. Oh let me not forget the customer service was great."
