"The remodeled Katella Deli looks fantastic. The food was very good and the service was above par. I want all of our local businesses to do well. Ordered the Chicken breast melt sandwich and it was very tasty, but customers expect a little more chicken in the sandwich than what was provided, see photo. "Not gluten free bakery. They add Tapioca flour to their baked good. This place is a falsely advertising gluten free. It is not right to do this to thoes who get sick from gluten. I paid $30 for 2 loaves of bread. This bakery is not worth visiting if your truly have allergies preventing you from pressing gluten"

"I guess I Should have read all the HORRIBLE reviews on this place before going! This place has very poor management, when people that show up an hour after you and get their food before you even get your food is not right! Then when you ask the manager about it, he didn 't really seem to act like he cared. No customer service experience what so ever! He didn 't even try to help resolve the issue. We asked for our money back and he asked us to get IN LINE to get our refund! Really? We have already been there for an HOUR! NO we won 't wait! He has HORRIBLE customer service! He should not be a manager! We really respected this place when it was Out of the Park it is definitely not even close to the same experience!!"

"One of my all time favourite places! Have been going here since I was a child. I hear new management has taken over but it?s still as delightful as ever, and the prices are reasonable. Free parking is available in back, and while there?s no inside place to eat there are a few tables on a side patio. The pasties are served in two sizes, both filling. The small is plenty for me, but if you have a big appetite you can always opt for the large. You can choose between beef, chicken or vegetable. The beef and chicken pasties have a mixture of meat and veg inside. They are always ready, served hot (or buy frozen to take home) and are delicious. Remember to ask for ketchup as it makes a great accompaniment. Please go out of your way to make this a stop even if out of your way, as it?s well worth it!"
