"Five Guys was awesome. But I would like to personally recognize a young lady who works there by the name of Albany. Her customer service skills were amazing, extremely friendly and always smiling. She was wiping tables, helping guests and running the register. This girl was hands down amazing! It's nice to see people who TRULY love what they do and love their guests. "How do you contact them.. I place an order through uber eats and my order did not meet expectations and sadly I don't have transportation to get there. Am I supposed to pay for a lyft which is more money to get corrections. I would at least like to contact them by phone to make it right beforehand. Still have the food that is now almost 24hrs old. I would upload a photo to show my major issues but I actually am regular there and enjoy the food with my kids. We shall see"

"Horrible customer service. The cashier was anything but friendly. I don’t think she said two words to us. Never cracked a smile. Never even a thank you. The fries were lousy and the smoked sausage was not much better. Don’t waste your time."

"We thought to be a late lunch on recommendation of friends. I'm not sure why they thought this place was especially enough to recommend it to us. it is very dark and loud. our waiter had no personality. our simple order of two cheeseburgers came without cheese. the waiter offered to bring a piece of cheese on the table. eating was just okay. our lunch visit gave us no reason to return to the future."
