"The front register counter personnel was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was not on point. I ordered boneless wings and the meat was mushy. I didn’t finish them because I felt it maybe wasn’t cooked all the way. When I pulled up to the place I was confused because the storefront said the store was called something different. I guess that was the old name. The wings empire I normally go to is great, not sure what the deal is with this location."

"Lady in the counter does not understand wing sauce on the side. She gave me sauce inside and on the side. I was supposed to share with my son (which I did explain)and now cant. Extremely upset at the lady on the counter. Part 2: the situation I was in did not allow me to make another stop which is why I was so upset. I called the lady and told her I was going back for my refund but in a couple of hours for my inconvenience. I ate the fries. Am I wrong for that? When I arrived, the lady asked me for the fries. I told her I ate them and she said next time you need to bring them in?. Really????? I wanted to explode.?. I have no words for that lady. I didn?t get her name. Older Mexican lady with died blond hair. Food was great. My review is about service."

"This place is phenomenal not only is the wings great and juicy but the service was fantastic. I ended up losing my wallet there too and when I went to go look for it one of the workers ended up finding it and took it to their manager to keep it in the lost and found. recommend to go here again."

"I give you one star because the food was cooked perfectly but the wait time was insane. We had to wait an hour. We all were super hungry and they forgot our order they had to pretend it was coming out in 4 mins but it took 20 more minutes. I will not be coming back to this location they were also very rude."

"I came into this location to order Buffalo Chicken fries. Shortly after, another customer had walked in to order as well. The lady at the counter called his order first but then the customer realized that it was the wrong order. She gave him my order and still proceeded to give me the Buffalo chicken fries after he had opened them. The cashier laughed it off and acted like it wasn't a mistake on her behalf for switching up the orders. It's common sense to always double check the order so stuff like this won't happen. I would understand if they were busy, but we were literally the only 2 customers in there."
