"My meal here was so delicious! Everything was sooo tasteful and packed with spices, and tasted very fresh, a welcome branch from the usual New Orleans tariff. Our server was very knowledgeable and pointed to any vegan option in the menu (and there was a lot). Although prices are somewhat steep, everything is divided so if you order correctly, it is not so bad. The hummus with grilled eggplant and fresh pita was delicious. The Shakshouka without fried egg was also amazing. Be careful! The baba ganoush has acid cream! So sad! The place is clean and cute and it is located on the magazine street that is really fun to go around! Definitely worth a visit!"

"We’re only here for 3 days. We just arrived and this was the first place we found that catered both to my vegan and my husbands meat eating preferences. We were not disappointed and hubs said we have to go back again before we leave. *edit- we came to new Outland over winter break and with Holiday hours we had to try 3 more times to come back. Finally on our last day in the city we made it. We arrived at open and each ordered 2 sandwiches. We ate in and the staff was so kind and supportive of our decision to eat 2 sandwiches each. "Stopped in on the Saturday of essence festival and overall my group was satisfied. When we originally got there, it was very crowded and we were told that the wait would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. The hostess added us to the wait list, took our phone number, and told us she would call when the food was ready. "Quick and responsive service, great meal! The portions are large and are delicious. Every element of the meal was well portioned out and crafted with thoughtful intentions. Very much feels like clean eating, we were 100% satisfied and if we lived here would be regulars! Oh and the garlic dip that comes with the hummus is bad*ss, and the tzatziki omg!! Great bread."
