"I had the seafood platter and it wasn?t worth it for quality. They give you plenty of food but I don?t want canned greens that taste like spinach, green juice in the Mac and cheese (it was decent). The fried foods was soft soft and soggy, I wasn?t sure if it was fried. I heard good things about the food and had to try it during my visit. I?ll pass on this place."

"Location is sketchy but we didn’t have any problems. We ordered crawfish, wings, shrimp poboys and a seafood platter. It was delicious and not pricey. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. It was worth it. It’s just take out. We will be back when we’re in town again."

"Jack Rose is truly an experience! Between the decor, the ambiance and the food... chef’s kiss. I went to New Orleans over a month ago so I don’t remember the name of our meals anymore. I do recall everyone enjoying the meals. I ordered the fish over potatoes. We all got the fun champagne shots! It’s also a great spot for Instagram pictures. You have seen that Lil Wayne portrait online before — now you know where to find it. Also, if you like calamari, you must order some! PSA: They don’t split checks Overall our experience 9/10"

"Their superb 4 course August “Coolinary” menu starts with a classic cocktail as the first course very ingenious; we had the Old Fashioned and French 75. Proprietors Chris and Laura are cocktail aficionados, New Orleans historians, and they run a friendly bistro with excellent food and service. Highly recommended."
