"I would fly to New York every month just to be around these awesome people if I could afford it! MC, Becky, Brian and Naya, Thank you for such a wonderful experience for my husband's 40th birthday and the spectacular New Years Eve event!!! Thank you to the other employees thats light and energy filled the room with so much fun and laughter. This Bubba Gump has a rock star team that I cannot wait to visit again. You all are amazing, thank you again for such an awesome time!!! xoxo For those who want to book for New Years Eve, my husband and I started booking our hotel, flights etc in February of 2023. We bought the Bubba Gump New Years Eve tickets the day they came out (sign up through email to be notified of when sales begin, which I believe was around August/Sept). The streets were crowded BUT it was very very very safe once we got through security. I feel it's the safest place to be on New Years Eve with how much security was present and all the precautions that were taken. It's getting through the crowd to the meeting point, where a Bubba Gump employee will meet you in a red visor, to get you through security which can be a pain. But you can do it, just give yourself time, don't engage with the homeless nor those dressed up in character costumes and say sorry as you move through the crowd to the meeting spot. We met two couples at the event, very nice people and we had a ton of fun. I feel you can leave your belongings at a booth and they won't be touched, ours weren't. There was a lot of food throughout the entire night. Drinks of whatever the bar had, was served all night. Bubba's mascot came out to dance, there was the limbo and congo line, two photo booth areas... tons of festive party favors given out and a goodybag that included a shirt, large tumbler, and more. To end, the New Years Eve event was the best party and celebration I have ever been to where I've had zero regrets after LOL! I would 100% hands down do it again.. and seriously... they should be charging more because that is how great of a deal this is, but they humbly do not. This place and it's people, are a treasure!"

"Popcorn Chicken was very greasy, even for fried chicken, it felt like fried chicken fat. Baos had very meh flavor. Pork belly was just one slab of belly that seemed the wrong size for a bao bun. Duck meat lacked flavor entirely. Overall would not recommend this store"

"This place simply doesn 't care. The food is decent but it 's obvious that they don 't care for their customers and that really sucks. I placed an order for two burritos and some fries. Total came out to $50, I know at this point that the price for tacos and tequila is a bit higher than average, I 've never complained. Well tonight i was craving some fries with the order and saw that the price was $9 and change for a side of fries. i said ok no worries I 'm sure it 's at least worth it. i pickup the order and the fries are half an ounce of microwaved crinkle cut fries. I was baffled. Regardless, i was sure if i reached out to my server that maybe they 'd care and at least top me off with some more fries or offer a refund. I went back to the restaurant and they wanted nothing to do with the order. No explanation except thats what you get for $9 I simply won 't come back. Edit: A manager called me back and offered to give me an order of fries on my next visit. I appreciated Nayeli being understanding that it wasn’t really about the fries but rather the care for customers that really bothered me."
