"Let me start by saying I love Applebee's happy hour...usually. Tonight we went to a different Applebee's that usual and were extremely disappointed. We ordered 4 appetizers, margaritas, iced tea, chicken tenders, a side salad and their 4 cheese mac n cheese with bacon. We had to send back 2 appetizers because they were ice cold the Buffalo wings were still frozen! The cheese with the pretzels tasted like it was straight from the fridge to our table and the pretzels had so much salt, you could have used them to melt snow. The margaritas were ok but not great. We asked for sweetener for our tea and got a small bowl with 2 packets of sugar for 4 teas! I didn't think anyone could screw up a salad but, I was wrong. The lettuce was wilted and drowning in dressing. We asked for a side of ranch for the mediocre tenders and got barbecue. We never got the ranch. The server was nice but so overworked that we saw her twice during our meal. We had such a bad experience that, I can honestly say that I wouldn't recommend this Applebee's to anyone I actually liked."

"Good bar to go to. Very positive and upbeat feeling. Food the best I have ever had. This place is my go to place from now on. I like to go here because of the good food and the friendly staff but went here on 1/13/2020 service was fast food was not that good I ordered the Q burger and my friend ordered the walleye. The burger was ok the sauce on it really did not go with the burger. The walleye tasted like cat fish, cocktail sauce tasted like it was a week old and for $15.50 that was way over priced. I will only go here on the weekends. The service is 100% better as well the food."

"I feel so discriminated. my first time here; often I don't eat alone. but I have hunted Chinese food really hungry. So I stopped here because Chinese food is always good to eat in a restaurant with all available ingredients. I got there, the hostess/server sat back. then a waiter came to me. then drink them try to get my order before I even had time to relax from coming to the restaurant in 115 grad az summer heat. I order a lunch special; immediately after I had ordered it, it only took about 2 minutes to serve me. during this time I have eaten; another couple sat at the same place as I was next table. I enjoy my eating (although not the best) until I saw a piece of hair in the plate. they served it on a paper flower plate to me. when I left there during my time, other real plates had utensils. to say of course; I am not this kind of person I support small business; did not want to ruin their day; I had a nice tip, but what I should have done was written a note of good tips. since I could not eat a proper lunch; I had to fill again by going through one. so angry. $17 later for a lunch special in a Chinese restaurant. they also blamed me for $2 for nude substitution instead of reis. a very good service, why was I just someone who was served on a paper plate. I knew that I should have gone to my favourite place great wall in phoenix 35th ave camelback very highly recommended"
