"I come here a lot to pick up orders and just let me say... There is only one person working during the late hours, and I usually see Billy there and not only he always has my order ready before I go to the door, but even if he does everything absolutely by himself, he always has a smile on his face. He always treats me with absolute respect. There is also a woman who works the late night hours when Billy is not there that I see, and she is also just such a treasure they never complain that they do a great job and the food is quite decent especially for places in Rockford and especially for a 24 hour place. They have a great variety and so there is definitely something for everyone. Also here I skip the bad reviews and most of them are problems that could be avoided, but the customer was either entitled or out of it. Definitely will eat here and pick up orders from here"

"Service is excellent. It's really nice that they let ya know up front that they are short staffed. So customers should have the courtesy to be patient if the waiter or waitress is little slow on taking your order if it's real busy. The food is like always!!!"

"Another good visit. Don't be intimidated by the fact that it is a bowling alley. Very large menu full of flavor. They have a nice bar restaurant upstairs that has a patio that overlooks state street. So far I've had the porker challenge, (5 pounds of food) and the beer battered fish dinner. Both were full flavor and NOT bland and boring like others I've had. The upstairs bar has a good vibe to it. The style is 1950s meets 70s starwars. The bartender is super chill a d always plays good music. (If you like jammy improvisational rock) I'm sure he would change it if you requested. He is very detail oriented to make sure you are being taken care of. Recommended!"

"The manager who took our order was rude, she said that if they had the 12pc with 3 pages, we should know that it comes automatically with two maic kartoffels. I didn't even think of anyone that I wanted to get a attitude that I wanted to know what our choices were for the sides. huh was soggy not crispy and fresh. the meat tasted hard and dry. the honey was so thick that he hardly came out of the package. when my husband told her that she was rude when he ordered our food, she told him well that she made her even happier. the customer service was unlievably rude and ghetto and the food has entrusted my work with the appreciation of even eat it. do not go to the kfc an 11th st rockford ill."
