"Just ate carry out and it was delivered for free today for NYE. Everything was delicious and warm. We had the admirals feast, shrimp trio, shrimp Rangoon and vanilla cheesecake. There was plenty of food leftover to serve the next day. Tonight‘s dinner turned out to be a very good experience at this restaurant carry out. Thank you for working today and for the free delivery."

"Absolutely amazingly wonderful! Everything was perfect and delicious! In addition to the wonderful and tasty product, when we walked in we were overjoyed to see FACES on the delightful baristas!! SOOOO glad to see their smiling faces again after TWO YEARS (ridiculous)!!! It was always so hard to communicate with those coverings over their faces. Also, there is no longer a plexiglass BARRIER (further preventing us from communicating) between us and the delightful baristas!!! We asked when this happened and they said TODAY! We couldn't help it, we had a little party right there at the register!! Praise God!! THANK YOU STARBUCKS for SETTING THE CAPTIVES FREE!!!!!!"

"Visited shake shack for the first time and I will never go back. The food was WAY over priced for the quality. The fries seemed like they were frozen fries not fresh and were very soggy. My burger was so crunchy it hurt my throat to eat. My shake was not drinkable through a straw because it was not blended properly. One of our sprites was literally just carbonation no flavor we also asked for a large pop with no ice and they gave us a small pop with ice. The staff didn?t pay attention to the needs of their customers. We went up for refills waited 10 minutes and didn?t even get the refill. The tables were not cleaned from previous customers. I also noticed that they had a very unorganized waiting area for pick up services that didn?t seem very covid friendly. This experience was not good at all. I will I never return to this location or visit another shake shack again. If you?re looking for good quality burgers and FRESH fries, you?re better off going to 5 guys for the same price and much better food and service."

In the pandemic, service has plummeted at most other fast food spots. Not here. Like even at all. Great Job!"

"I decided to give this cafe a try this morning. I’ve never been to the part of Troy it’s located in. I ordered the hazelnut latte which was prepared with latte art, much appreciated! It was boiling hot and a bit frothy. The tomato basil avocado toastettes were served on crisp toasties and were pretty good. I’ll probably try something else next time I’m in though. I also got a chocolate chip cookie warmed up which was very rich and chocolatey, love the soft texture. Miguel was very attentive and helpful with the menu options! He personally brought everything I ordered to my table and made sure I knew if I needed anything else to go straight to him. Service like this isn’t easy to come by in cafes! The atmosphere is very rustic and diverse. Plenty of nic-nacs from all over and some greenery. There’s 15-20 seating options. I’d probably stop by again!Parking: In a plaza with parking!"
