"Sadly this was our worst experience at Aldo's. I did not ever think this was possible. Our regular server was off this night and he's just always on point with every aspect of your evening and super knowledgeable about the menu and wine. Our server, Ash made sure we had plenty of drinks for the first minutes. Each drink he would ask if my husband wanted another drink and zip off without asking me. Leaving me to wait for my drink. All the wait times for everything, drinks, food were excessive. Never seen this before. Server never went over any specials, wine suggestions or appetizers. Seemed to have too many tables sat at one time. We didn't feel like we actually had his attention for any length of time, before he was dashing by again. It felt like, drop a drink and run. He did seem to have some time multiple times to stand by the bar and chat with one of the maitre d'. We ordered chicken alfredo over broccoli instead of pasta which we have ordered in the past due to our keto lifestyle. The alfredo sauce was basically water/soup. We asked the server if this looked normal to him and he stated no He had the order remade, which took forever again while at this point we were starving. The second order came out and a nice young lady came to fill our water and asked how our meal was and we said not so great'. She immediately apologized and said, let me go tell my manager. Very kind of her. The manager came to our table about minutes later, and told me that they tried to thicken up the alfredo sauce in the kitchen and that its hard to get it to stick to broccoli, like pasta. He said he would take it off our check with an attitude and dashed off, no apologies, nothing. By now I was completely disappointed with our date night dinner and apologizing to my husband for making reservations. Pasquale would have never let us have an evening like this."

"Went in on a Saturday night once we pulled in the valet parking asked if we had made a reservation I said no, he told us to double check with the hostess. They said they had no seating inside but would do outside so we did it was a beautiful night we didn’t mind. We ordered drinks a mojito and some wine the mojito wasn’t anything special. We got the surf and turf I asked for my meat well done and is wasn’t it was medium well and i couldn’t eat half of it bc I just don’t do pink … it was also a bit gammy and chewy it had a lot of fat in it which I’m not a fan of either it had a good flavor so did the lobster! Everything was okay nothing crazy or special I think for the price it’s mostly the experience but not so much the food they did give us bruschetta to try and a small key lime cookies which was a nice touch also the waitress was an absolute delight she was so attentive and sweet! Loved that but the food … eh not really worth all the money just being honest"

"Nice atmosphere. Bartender Abbey was super sweet,kind and accommodating. Felt bad she had to shuck her own oysters on a busy night. Quality of food was mediocre. Oysters served without ice and clams were so tiny and couldn't get them raw. Cool place butwould I return. Hmmm doubt ut"
