"The food is good however, a bit overpriced for what it is. Service was old school with a waiter that had been there years. The restaurant is very loud and I counted five singing birthdays while dining within one hour. It seems to be the place to go for special occasions"

"While the other three diners were satisfied with their eating, I was not. the rabbit roulade and the duck breast lubricated as if the dishes stayed too long under a heat lamp and were dry. while I like endive, this cooking method is completely ridiculous. Do not enjoy the room on the upper floor, as we enjoyed other areas of the restaurant in the past."

"Beautiful decor, lovely sunny setting. I was so happy to see some brunch options that were a little unique but not overthetop unusual. Service was fantastic. Waiter didn't rush us, didn't seem to have any issues letting us enjoy our meal and conversation.I didn't really have issues with the price points on the menu, but drinks were on the pricey side, so a good spot for one drink with your meal, perhaps not more"

"Everything we ate was delicious and unique. The service was outstanding too. The prices are so reasonable. Will def go back if visit DC again. We ate there based on a recommendation from a friend who recently was in town visiting, and they had come based a recommendation from another friend who had eaten there on a past DC trip."

"Amazing sushi! The man at the front (seemed like the owner) was extremely rude to us for absolutely no reason, but once we were seated it was phenomenal. Max was our server and he was so attentive to all of our needs, helped us find a good deal on the food, and was very helpful with suggestions!"

"I enjoyed eating in the Old Europe restaurant several times over the years. I love the selection of authentic German dishes presented in and old Europe atmosphere. The food is delicious and the beer selection is excellent. I was disappointed that the restaurant was completely empty during our visit, maybe because we were early. You need to work on food presentation and we found that pepper steak was very fat. Otherwise, the restaurant is a fun place to pass an evening and surprisingly authentic."
