"Okay food. Presented well.Service was horrible.I do appreciate the thought of offering us water but all it did was crowd the table and present four more spill hazards. We didn't ask for water.Never came back to check on us after food was brought out. Couldn't get refills on anything, couldn't even get the check. Had to goto front hostess for them to figure out we were ready to leave.Had to goto 711 to get a coke. The two ounces of coke with 14 oz of ice didn't quite quench my thirst.If you wonder why the tip was horrible, here is your answer."

"Eating was delicious, but there were not many bark meat or seafood options (not including otopus) they recommend 2-3 plates per gast, but the portion sizes are small and cost 13-$15 per plate. the queendilla for example was really only two tacos arta closed with cheese. the tortillas were also granular and left much to be desired. I know maistortillas are traditional, but a flour tortilla option would have been nice. the problem for me was the service. we had a reservation and waited approx. 15-20 minutes to take place. when we sat, we waited another 15-20 minutes for our server. he came empty with not even a water bunny. it wasn't until another 15 minutes that we were in the position to flag it down for water, then it filled only 3 of our 4 glasses. for an appetizer we ordered queso and the guacamole and our server forgot the guacamole so we waited for it again. Once we get our guacamole, it was delicious and worth the $16 for me. we had to ask for our check several times, and once we got it, there were dinges that should not have been. that used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the city, but the service was simply not worth it. I understand that every short worker is, but if they are not able to meet the demand, perhaps offer only service or narrow sections of the restaurant."

"There should be more than one person running the service. There was one person that was being a bartender, and server. He spent most of his time on the computer. It was at least 15 minutes for him to come to our table to serve us. My friend ordered a drink 10 minutes before the party was supposed to be there, which was at 3:15pm and he didn't get that drink until another 25 minutes later."
