"I was in Abilene last weekend for my grandmother's funeral and the family went to Rojas for breakfast one morning. I was a little concerned when we drove up but that was quickly set aside by a very friendly lady at the counter when we ordered. The breakfast was great! I had the Huevos Ala Mexicana with Barbacoa, which was incredibly tender. One of the specials was horchata and it was so refreshing and not too sweet. The star to me though was the salsa!!! It's spicy but that is what I love. I'm glad we drove to Abilene because I got a quart of the salsa to take home!! If I drive anywhere near Abilene, I'm making a special trip to Rojas!!"

"Low key, fast service, quality Mexican fare. They currently let their liqour license expire so maybe it’s a good thing on your bill body total?! It’s a great place to eat and be real we aren’t professional critics so this is a great place to also get over one’s self if you aren’t “wowed” by life/ bringing your own wow to life. "
