"I got the full shack with side salad and shishito peppers and my mom got the waffle sandwich. We both loved our food the chicken was breaded nicely and juicy not dry at all and the peppers were cooked perfectly. Their sauces were also very good only thing I would say is I like my ranch a little less thick but it didnt matter cause it tasted so good and personally I don't love the idea of ordering on an iPad. But 10/10 on food"

"Went out for a Sunday dinner we choose Applebee's. We ordered an appetizer and drinks which were both good. For dinner we order a bacon burger and a mushroom burger. Both arrived about 20 minutes later, the bacon burger was a potato bread not a bun and the mushroom burger the bun was charred black. The waitress said they kitchen had just run out of brioche buns, so they substituted with bread. I said to the waitress what makes this worse is we weren't advised of the shortage until the meal arrived at the table. A guy whom I presumed was the manager wasn't very pleasant asked what he could do? I said if I want a sandwich, I would have ordered one and if we hadn't just ordered another drink we would leave; we definitely won't be back. The waitress did what she could she said the manager would only discount our meal by $5.00 (why bother! , the kitchen and manager were an EPIC FAIL!"

"We have our wings. togo half hot mama and buffalo wings, I used the group to try them and my family and I was really impressed, they are by far the best wings I had in one, I wish they had more location considering that we live on the south side, but they are worth the ride"

"It's is mostly a Sports bar, but I wanted wings and they have a good selection. We dined at lunch time and the booths and tables away from all the louds sports TVs were not open for seating. We were asked to sit in the main area at the bar tables. I am not really a TV sports fan and should have requested carry out but home is not close to the restaurant so dined in and we'll the food was good."

"I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the recent incident that transpired at your establishment.I would not recommend this establishment due to the unprofessionalism, and disgusting behavior and response after politely addressing an issue with the food. I was appalled to discover a hair in my food during my visit, which left me thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. .To compound the problem, the response I received from the staff at the ladies' station was deeply distressing. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I encountered rudeness and an argumentative attitude and profanity used towards me and a dismissive response from the owner Dawn in a lobby full of other customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.Regrettably, based on this experience, I have decided that I can no longer continue to dine at your restaurant as a frequent customer. Furthermore, I intend to share and escalate this concern and my negative encounter with everyone I know, urging them to avoid your establishment as well. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hygiene standards. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes within your establishment. Improving your hygiene protocols and providing exceptional customer service should be paramount in order to regain the trust and patronage of customers."
