"Yesterday at 12:30 pm I had visited the Dublin bar/restaurant. When a customer comes to eat at a 5 star restaurant/bar, they come not only for the sake of eating but also for the entire experience and feeling. At first, when I entered there was no greeting, I then had to ask the only man present there by the name of Mr.Janardhan if it was open for lunch. He was initially trying to discourage me by saying the menu was limited and the all day dining restaurant next door was a better option but since I wanted to order just a sandwich and lime soda I said it’s alright. Also I liked the decor of the bar, hence wanted to dine there. When he brought the napkin along with the cutlery, I had requested for a tissue as I was chewing gum. He first said a napkin is there and I had to literally ask him again and again for a tissue,only then he got me one. I order for a sweet lime soda, it was good I ordered for a club sandwich which comes with French fries. He brought it with potato wedges and said “ there are not French fries, the potato wedges are crispy”. Personally I have no issue but this is not the way. I should have been informed while they were preparing the food by saying that since French fries are not available, are potato wedges alright. Also quite surprising to not have a basic item like French fries but that was not the issue, the way things were done. Not a word on how the food was or if I need anything else. We are not paying only for the food but for the experience as well. My suggestion is to put energetic staff who have a passion for hospitality. This would help the hotel brand as a whole. Everything else was great, for example, the cleaning staff in the restroom was courteous and polite, the doorman was sweet."

"This ccd is one of my favs,the service here is nice because the waiters are good and they dont pressurise you to order more if u sit longer like the other ccds.We can get cakes and cut there too,they dont mind ,a peaceful place to chill. <br/>Service 4.5/5 <br/>Taste 4/5 <br/>Ambience 4/5 <br/>Value for money 3.5/5 <br/>Would i recommend this place yes <br/>Would i visit this place again yes"

"Coming from the stable of Local and Jimis, this place had a lot of expectations to live upto even before I entered.I was more than impressed with the pretty extensive food options especially the pizza range...highly recommended). Loved all the food options and the superbly priced drinks did not expect anything different). GB has a lovely ambience and great service. Been there a couple of times already and will definitely be going back"
