"Tonight my friend and I went to longhorn after we binge saw all the extended editions of the herrn of the rings film, and had a wonderful experience. we came in and our waitress (taylor) was so sweet and wonderful! she laughed, she was friendly, she talked to us, although not exzsiw, and came to check us often enough that if we needed something we could easily ask for, although not so much it was interupting us. our brot came out quickly, and our salat came out very quickly. (although I will say that it was enough time to teach my previously mentioned friend how to cut brot) then our steak and the sides came back, a good amount of time. my 9 ounces steak was great, and it seems to be 18 ounces very good. I generally do not like home mac and cheese made, but the steak house makreonie and cheese was also very good. my only complaint about my experience is very low, and it didn't stop me from eating my salad because it was a very small problem at worst. the strawberry pie salad had a pretty acidic vinnigaret. that is it. (it was quite tho) a total of 9.5 out of 10 would eat there again."

"This is a good Outback that seems like they care about cleanliness and retaining good staff. Outback has never been my favorite so I'm grading the establishment. The food is consistent. They have great sides and salads, ok maybe a little skimpy on that loaded baked potato. I've patronized this one at least 4 times, would go back. Nice location for west siders too."

"This particular Steak 'n Shake is known for lack of staffing. This results in long weight times. The last time I was here the service was okay. My biggest complaint is that the fries we were served had been setting for too long and you could taste the 30 minutes they had been sitting in the warmer before eating them. This establishment does not provide the quality Steak 'n Shake experience that other S 'n Ss might."

"Service is always incredibly slow, and they know it. It almost seems intentional, especially since the way the drive thru is set up, once you're in line, you can't leave. I had to wait 30 minutes just to order, then another 30 to get my food. The car in front of me had been there long before I had and was made to wait over an hour for an ice cream cone. Completely unacceptable. I work in fast food myself, and never have I made customers wait that long for ANYTHING."

"Upon walking in, they only take online orders on machines with almost no interaction with the workers there. The burgers were extremely salty, fries were on point though. All of the tables appeared to not be clean and the bathroom didn’t look to be cleaned for quite some time. The workers seemed to be having fun working together but did not bother about customer service. When I was handed my order I had to correct it because they gave me the wrong thing. Overall, quite a dirty place."
