"This is a wildly inconsistent Taco Bell. Lunch staff seems to be efficient, always gives generous portions, and doesn't mess up orders. Dinner staff has zero clue what they are doing. Underfills all food, completely forgets items, and has horrible listening and reading comprehension. Today we ordered three spicy potato soft tacos, confirmed via price and repeated back on screen, ended up with three regular soft tacos. Consistent waste of money not getting the items we paid for or ordered."

By Jason Correll I was in Bloomington this afternoon (heading back to Lincoln now, actually) doing some Christmas shopping. I hit Chipotle on my way out, as usual, and witnessed an act that both served as a perfect example of why the world is the way that it is as well as restored a bit of my faith in humanity. While walking in the door, a 20 something kid who looked as though he MAY have been of Middle Eastern decent was in front of me with a 30 something Asian American gentleman in front of him. Rather than hold the door, the Asian man proceeded to slam it, not simply let it go, but slam it in the face of the Middle Eastern man. When I walked in, naturally the three of us were in line together. Without the Asian man even acknowledging what he had done, I loudly said, man, that was one of the rudest things I 've seen in a while . He turned around and said, I refuse to hold the door for any Muslim terrorist . I laughed. He didn 't crack a smile as he asked, do you find that funny . My reply: No. You 're obviously of Asian decent, in a Mexican restaurant, preparing to give your order to an African American kid after you just slammed a door in the face of someone you feel is a Muslim terrorist. It 's sad. The funny part of this, the reason I 'm smiling is because an Asian guy, you, just made a statement like that two days before the anniversary of Pearl Harbor. Maybe we should all bitch slap you . He actually walked out before even ordering. Probably due the the laughter of almost everyone present. The Muslim Terrorist shook my hand and said, thank you so much, sir and insisted on buying my lunch. I thanked him before leaving and he said one last thing, by the way, I was born and raised in Bloomington....and I 'm a Christian ..."

"My husband and I ate here today for lunch. Our food was very good but the service was horrible. We were seated right away, got our drinks, then our food, then I watched our waitress walk right out the door, she never returned!! I had my empty cup sitting on the table where anyone could see it for 15-20 mins. Finally someone comes over after my meal is done asking if I would like a refill. When we got our check our bill was higher than it should have been. The menu prices are lower than our bill, he states it’s because of the price of goods going up. But there was no where in the menu stating that. We will not be going back here."
