"If you are looking for a small, quant, cozy, coffee shop that is off the beaten path in Blue Springs, Scouts is the place to go. I ordered the GF sausage and pepper quiche with the snickerdoodle latte. The perfect way to start my day. There are several different rooms to sit in as well. Lovely staff and a awesome coffee selection."

"Perfect name for this small, localized specialty shop-OMG coffee donuts. oh my god, these donuts are good! fresh delicate, tasty, cake style donuts every hand decorated as they are ordered. Cake Foundation is light, smooth and fluffy, decorated with qualitatiw high-quality toppings; lemon drops, celestial drops, perfectly tempered beautiful shiny chocolate glaze, bananas, earthy etc. just fabulous! unique for this opposite and a welcome supplement in the inner city. shop is a little hard to find, but to find the persistence. please try this place if they are looking for a sweet bite. (we used these impressive little gems as dessert after the dinner party)"

A plethora of nostalgic antique furnishings and decor are hidden inside behind the modest front porch and ranch home style entry door.
