So I had already taken a recommendation in mind, but then I didn’t know to inspire my companions in Indian. So hecticly called up the side of a restaurant portal and looked what is recommended there. On place 3 I came to the Pasta Viva la Mamma” in the direct environment, but I did not trust the criticisms so much, but rather meaningful. But you can't do much wrong. The address entered into the Navi and see there, we stood opposite the street side, but no view of the local, this is currently within a large construction site. The car park search was difficult and what we wanted to save here was lost through a Vietelhour cruisen through the Bermuda district and we then looked for a little bit of annoying the car park there. That's how we arrived at a quarter-filled place around 18:30. Would we have reserved? No! No problem, there were tables to choose from. The interior rustic? Yes! Southern Something! If this also means that it all makes a somewhat unobstructed impression, then yes! Otherwise something arbitrary, a big bar, here you should also mention nightshwarmers, dark brown flooring, walls and ceiling in cream white, maybe it was sometimes brighter, dark brown furniture, covered with sets with printed card, cutlery, tealight and the first impression, damn tight. Later collisions with the chair rests of the neighboring tables confirmed this. The beverage requests wine, water, and soft drinks (prices I have no longer parat) were accepted and we are dealing with the map. Pasta in all variants like the name of the local already says, sorted by noodles several classics but often also with meat, steak strips or pork fillet tips. Large selection and therefore also a little longer study of the card, which has also been extended by the fact that our service no longer appeared after the waiting period for the drinks has lasted a sensed little eternity. We chose to cook as an appetizer: Antipasto Misto Mixed appetizer plate € 10,50 Melone e Prosciutto di Parma Honeymelon with Parmaschinken € 5,90 As main dishes appeared: spaghetti di mamma with attentive onions, champignons, dried tomatoes, fresh peperoni and parmesan Steaks would probably be out, although they were shown as an extra next to the card before, but maybe one more thing was left to us. Since the question was no longer asked, we seem to have been able to get this. After half an hour, our appetizers came, we thought. As it turned out, it was a mistake, what was brought we had not ordered, these were for the neighboring table. We would have said nothing better and taken it, because now we were put on a patience test. On the right and left there was something to eat, but with us misconception. A plate with antipasti can't pose so big problems, we were a little unconstitutional. Another half hour passed, nothing. My son, with the steak, just wanted to attack the waitress, so we got something delivered to the table. 4 plates with a Bruschetta and a slice of Parmaschinken and the remark a “Amuse Gueule” from the kitchen. My high-marriage over an hour waiting for the amuse made me feel bad, but fortunately it was not confirmed, because now it was hitting. The Amuse Bruschetta slightly softened, tomatoes and onion cubes with a good garlic note. The appetizers finally arrived. Melons and parma ham in a tidy portion, almost getting tired, the antipasti sufficient that we could eat three of them. Vegetables, olives, mozzarella, salami and ham in quite good quality. The main courts came directly after that. We wouldn't have wanted a break. Satisfaction all around, neat portions, the Steak medium rare as desired. My noodles tasty with fresh vegetables still slightly bite-resistant, downstream parmesan came fast, a miracle, carved and in a tidy portion. On the other hand, our ordered espresso did not come again, but were probably landing at any neighboring table. The supplied were then good, strong with Crema, came with an extra glass of water and went to the house as an excuse. Conclusion and assessment: “goodly trained service girls” I did not perceive, here a lot went wrong, several times the dishes and drinks were incorrectly assigned to the neighboring tables, sometimes even went to other tables, food came at the tables at different times instead of at the same time, probably a failure of the kitchen, and the lack of time management. They also noticed a certain incompetence when serving. But the friendliness of the young girls stood opposite. When asked if it tastes, you were very busy. Nevertheless, only one star – perhaps the owner should really train. The food is quite good, the map is somewhat too confusing and too extensive for my taste. The Bruschetta was able to improve, my noodle dish succeeded and the others were also satisfied. The antipasti were okay. All in all 3 4 stars I complete due to the lack of kitchen management. The ambience: much too tight, you constantly pushed with the chairs of the tables behind one and, if you wanted to stand up, you had to thread out. In addition, quite loud, also amplified by quite loud music sounding. On the way to the toilet you also came past some deposed things, empty cardboard boxes. Improved, 2 stars. The cleanliness accordingly at best ok 3 stars. The price performance counterfeit, I found it a bit ambitious for pasta dishes but in view of the portion size okay. Since I am rarely in Bochum, there will probably be no 2nd chance to revise my opinion. Too bad, I would have liked a different sound of a very interesting afternoon."
