"Went for brunch. Patio was a pretty chill place, but the music was not exactly brunch ambience. Way too loud.They make you pay for a reservation, but only tell you that it's been credited on the bill. No proof...Food was average/ok. Service was average/ok."

"Do NOT go here. This was hands down the WORST dining experience I 've ever had. Some highlights from my visit: Food took over an hour to come out and we were the only table there There was only 1 waitress and she would disappear for 20 minutes at atime Waitress did not bring us small plates until 15 minutes after the appetizers came out (and we had to ask 3 times forplates) Waitress brought several dishes we did not order and refused to take them away Some dishes were made horrendouslywrong (spicy mayo and eel sauce on sweet red bean sesame balls) Sushi had fruit flies crawling on it when it came out Sushirice was not seasoned Kitchen only made half of my order and the waitress did not care when I informed her Half of theappetizers came out at the very end of our meal After 2 hours at the restaurant, we needed to leave. Despite asking twice, thewaitress refused to give me the rest of my order. She said I could re order my items but I couldn 't take them in a to go box, soI ended up not getting it at all They overcharged us by $8, tried to hide it by not giving us an itemized receipt, and wouldnot remove the charge when we asked Several people in my group became violently ill several hours later (check the healthinspection records for this place on Yelp, they have 8 health code violations from January 2022) Reply to the owner: This guyorder *all you can eat* for diner.and asking for AYCE sushi to go : You didn 't give me the food that I originally ordered andwaited 2 hours for. I needed to leave at that point so of course I would ask for it to go since I needed to leave. For no pay.so cheap.with no pay .This guys so cheap. : Not only did I pay the full $27.95 tax/tip for AYCE, I also paid the additional $8that you charged us. "At this level of planning expense, you expect a phenomenal experience. 2 Michelin star place, , well, if you dont know, you dont know: it was as advertised. Great? Possibly. Exceptional? Beyond question. From hostess, through staff, through service: #exceptional. The staffs efficiency key. Food selection. Precise. Texture, flavor, presentation: #exquisite. Wine pairing: dynamic if not trendy. Atmosphere: #perfect lit well, sturdy, clean, well lit as appropriate. Open kitchen is interesting with volume of order recitations/confirmation. If you enjoy fine dinning, exceptional foodie experiences spending $, enjoy! Start to finish, great work because you pay for it. Enjoy."

"The food was excellent and unusual. The picante drink I had was the best I have had. I’ve been looking for the perfect picante drink and Calli has it. The chicken was terrific and the enmoladas had the right amount of spice for my taste. The garnacha, the guacamole and the ensalada César were all delicious. Our only complaint is the server. He was not familiar with the menu, he told us about the special after we had ordered and he was not knowledgeable about it. He sort of hung at the table waiting for us to order and his English is not up to par to work in a restaurant in Chicago."

"Are you looking for outdoor dining? I found a place for you. If you sit on the patio at one of the covered tables, you can turn on the heat lamps if it gets cool. However, seating is available on two levels for indoor dining. Try the charred chicken wings, double burger, or fish chips. Although we went for food, we enjoyed sitting outside sipping on Hibiscus Margaritas, Booly, and Oda Elix, and I bet you look good with a drum machine. Our tab was $127. Even though we had to wave over our server a few times, my overall experience was good. I will be back.Alulu is pet friendly. Parking can be challenging on a Saturday. Be prepared to walk a block or two."

"Best food court in the city, complete with a beautiful environment, lots of options, and outlets. It is in an office building, so it does get very full during lunch hours, but there is enough space to find your own nook, enjoy your meal, and get some work done. Very fast service and good quality food."
