"This is one of those rare, secret gems—authentic Syrian cuisine, made with care, and the tradition of hundreds of years. Falafel and More is proper soul food. Rich, healthy, and delicious food, prepared with the most modest ingredients. When I arrived, I asked Marwan, 'Can you please put together a serving you 'd suggest? ' Without any hesitation, his eyes glowed with delight. They showered our table with a spread—though he was feeding his own family. The small restaurant radiated with the sun that afternoon. Still, it was the warmth, pride, and love this little Syrian restaurant brings to communities like Colchester that stayed with me as I wrote this the day after. Thank you, Falafel and More. "Amazing food and treats. Lovely welcoming staff and very reasonable prices. Me and my partner can't avoid popping in when we are in Colchester. We're working our way through the milkshakes. Also check out the emporium next door some cool finds in there! Definitely recommend you check this place out, you won't regret it."

"We had a meal for four of Penn’s in his previous position, had a long trip to home so that eating had not hot as we liked, so it can not wait to visit his new situation with sitting opportunities. the pumpkin brownie and the milkshakes deserve a special mention and he gave me Kimchi juice for my homemade cheese updated by the previous review on 2021-05-03"
