"The most disgusting dirty place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Felt dirty sitting at the table. The floor was cleaner than the table but not by much. Dirty mouldy food encrusted between the tables. Crockery looks like it hasn't been washed properly for a few months. Would be safer eating off a toilet seat! Needless to say, we did not stay!"

"Waiting time for this take-away is a disgrace; phoned an order for kebab for collection asap, arrived minutes later and still waited in the shop for a further minutes! Unacceptable. Also meat was disgusting when finally got it and when told employees...about the long waiting time, they shrugged it off. And to top it off, the man cooking my kebab went outside the front of the shop to feed the birds with his bare hands and didn't wash when came back in! Would not go back, ever!"

"Brought my elderly disabled mother to this place on a weekday evening and its was empty . We asked a member of staff for one of the many seats along the wall only for her to say there all fully booked while she was looking at the bookings booklet . However i seen the booklet myself and it was almost totally blank . Once food was ordered it came minus the roasties by another member of staff and when we mentioned it the staff member whom had told lies about the seats being fully booked and then piped up from across the other end of the restaurant and interrupted the conversation by raising her voice to say that there is no roasties on the menu , I noticed a menu on the table next to me and checked again and of course it was there in black and white on the menu .. After the meal she came down to our table and when i pointed it out on the menu she argued to say the menu was wrong . When we got up to leave not one of the tables that she claimed that was fully booked was occupied . Such an argumentative member of staff that totally spoiled our meal .. Needles to say we will never be back . And now the owner has responded to this review and as everyone can see the fact that an apology was not forthcoming speaks volumes."

"A poor experience due to the lack of cleanliness and the general appearance of the premises, coupled with poor service, cold coffee and no selection of spreads for my wife’s scone. We are still waiting for some clean cutlery to be provided."
