"We had our first ever visit to Nandos today and it was a really good experience. We were part of a large party that included one diabetic child (my son) and another child who has a range of significant allergies. We found your service amazing the manager was trained to perfection to produce a meal to meet the needs of the child with allergies and your nutritional information was perfect for our needs in carb counting everything my son ate (your file could just do with an index to make it easier to use). All the food arrived quickly, as ordered (there were 17 of us and everything was perfect) and very tasty. Your staff were incredibly polite, helpful and focused on customer service really they couldn't have done enough for us. I'm impressed. We will visit again. Thank you Nandos Crawley. x"

"Swearing, violent, delivery driver. Half order was delivered. Called a liar when complained to the manager. Very close to calling the police, just didn't want to upset my children after what they saw an heard at our home. As it was scary an unnecessary behaviour...Never ever use these again"

"We had a great evening here a few weeks ago. We were seated in the Jail section which made the evening all that more immersive, only down side was the seating is quite tight but once your say down is fine. The staff were attentive and friendly and made the evening enjoyable. We knew that S&W was on the higher end price wise for local restaurants but we found the 'Ranchers Feast ' good value in comparison. Reason for 4* is the ribs weren 't as good as I remember but all in all a great evening. Highly recommend!!"

"They were only here two times, but they loved it both times. the starters are excellent and also the cocktails. the biggest problem here is the need to reserve a table, sometimes the waiting time is about 45 to and hour."

"Today I spoke to the loving fellow worker who dietucks south terminal has to offer. (nico) he was so energetic, thrilled and goddamn funny! he waited my time so fast for my flight pass! when he cleaned up the sector in which I sat, he interacted with me while he gave his full work in the work he gave, he made me feel very comfortable. he's a pro and deserves recognition. thanks nico! you will be a great cover!
