"Having been before we were disappointed with the service during our visit and several items were unavailable which we had not been advised of when we booked. Staff were quite offish and not very customer focused. The food however was lovely so complements to the chef."

"I always love the food and find the staff are very friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to be helpful. I moved to Suffolk a year ago but I drive back to Bluewater to see friends and always ask to meet here for this reason. And the dough balls are incredible! I’ve been enjoying my Ask newsletter perks too. Lots of options on the menu so a great place to bring anyone who is vegetarian or has dietary restrictions. I have noticed the staff are usually the same so wanted to show some recognition for their hard work. Will be back again soon! Vegetarian options: My friend is vegetarian and thought the menu was great with lots of options, enjoyed the courgette sticks fries. Dietary restrictions: My friend was offered a gluten free menu which came with lots of options. Staff were very helpful."

"Last night I celebrated my daughter's birthday and we had a nice evening. the eating was delicious and the staff was beautiful, whole staff sang happy birthday to my daughter and they make her feel special, so I am grateful. we love Pizza Express. we were of a beautiful waitress named jessica, she has an amazing service, we are satisfied. jessica and the rest of the staff deserve 100 stars. thanks for everything."
