"I am not a first time traveller nor my first time to stay in a hotel. I booked a 1 week before my stay. When i got in no shampoo, no toothbrush, no toothpaste. Was totally fine with it. I bought all of it right across the street. No problem. I was really tired and could not wait to take a long hot shower. No hot water!! I called front desk, maintenance came said he fixed. Went to continue my shower after 30 seconds not hot water. All wet only with towel on, moved me to another room. Again!! Water heater broken and drainage clogged. Still all wet and cold and only towel on moved me to another room. 3rd room this time. Water heater broken and aircon so loud, like youare in a plane. These was just 2 hours after i checked in. I had to settle to the first room where it is clean. Note that my friend had to go and do some quick fix on the water heater by going under the sink. This was the entire 15 mins I was taking a shower. The Next day manager Geanne came to my room very apologetic. Told her they had need to fix it. The day of my check out, the manager Geanne totally made a 360 degree turn in all aspects. Its like dealing with psycho. They did give me a discount but I refused to accept it. I told her everything that I went through in just one night. I have been to different hotels in Bohol. I frequent bohol because of my mother. The food is horrible the manager worst. If you want to relax and enjoy your time in Bohol. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT OCEAN SUITES. The manager Geanne is not a good manager. She is not into customer service and she is not sincere with treating their guest as they should."

"Me and my friends went there last week and tried a lot from their menu :). But I personally have tried their parmesan fries, pulled pork sandwich and buffalo wings and they were all good! Too bad the AC wasn't working properly when we came,because we were a group of 8, it easily became too warm inside."
