"Went here today 2nd June 2023 around 3-4pm, am pointing this out because the girl that was working(don’t know her name) is an absolute GEM, I had ordered and it was going to take 15 min to be ready so I went to wait in my car, set a timer, the girl that was working brought my order to my car because it was ready early, seems small but that was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! She was so lovely and kind. Made my day. 10/10 because of her"

"I was actually very unsure about coming to Bracken. I had known that the reviews were excellent but I had read things like haggis and black pudding and I had thought hmmmm may not be my cup of tea. We went for the 7 course meal and I can pleasantly say this meal was absolutely delicious. The food was amazing and was accompanied by the amazing staff and the beautiful atmosphere of the place. I wouldn't call Bracken a place for a meal. It is a place for an experience. Our experience was fantastic one of the best experiences I have had going out for a meal. Each one of the seven courses were absolutely amazingly delicious. 10/10 team. I would highly recommend going here for an experience you will remember."
