"Grab-and-go sushi and rice bowl spot near Gate B26. This terminal seems to have a lot of unhealthy food places like Dunkin' Donuts, Shake Shack, and Buffalo Wild Wings. I didn't really like any of the eateries here, but this one felt like the least worst option. Bento Sushi is a large sushi chain. They mostly open locations in airports, universities, and grocery stores. Prices are on the higher side which was expected, but it wasn't outrageous. Besides bowls and rolls, you can also purchase a few side dishes like inari and seaweed salad. Everything is already packaged and displayed in the open air refrigerator, so you simply choose whatever you want and then pay at the register. To their credit, they do make a conscious effort to prepare, hand roll, and slice their sushi on-site. It is pre-made, but it's made in their kitchen during the morning hours, not shipped in already made from an off-site facility. I tried the Atlantic Salmon Samurai Combo, which was Salmon Nigiri and Salmon Avocado rolls. Sodium and sugar levels were much lower compared to the Salmon Avocado roll I get at Whole Foods. The fish had a nice orange color and there was no browning on the avocado, which was a relief. Only the rice tasted like it was made a couple hours ago, like it lost its moisture. Overall it was pretty on par with the sushi you'd get at a Japanese supermarket, but at restaurant-level prices. Not really something I'd get if this was outside the airport, but it was the best available at that moment."

"I ordered food. It came completely differently to how it was advertised. I sent it back and asked for a refund. I was told I had to go on the website in order to get my refund. I have now emailed three times, with my receipt etc, and still not received a response, and it's been a month! I can't say I would recommend this place!"

"I’m not one to post things like this, but i have to comment on how horribly understaffed your team is. your servers need a team and it seems like a common thread in the reviews on here.i arrived around 6:30am and luckily my food arrived was fast but around me people were waiting for a half hr or more. i felt bad for my server he was doing everything he could to have it flow but he needs a coworker. get more people on your team please then maybe your ratings won’t be so low! food was good though!"
