"They were understaffed which resulted in very slow food delivery. Service was ok, waiter forgot to bring appetizers, water and the wine glasses got very dry between pours. Food was good. They could use some outdoor heaters."

"GREAT SERVICE!! We ordered delivery twice from this location while on vacation. The first time the order was delivered faster than expected. The second time I thought I missed the delivery, called the store, they got the driver on the phone. The storeassociate told me the driver was in the parking lot and stayed on the phone with me until I saw the driver and got my order. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful!"

"They were running a special where you get two 1-topping pizzas for $19.99 and get a free medium pizza with it. It was a great value since there was a group of us. I really like their new recipe. It's made us Domino pizza fans now. The new recipe has a lot of flavor. You can just see the herbs and things they use on the crust. It's a lot better than it used to be. Plus they have some pretty good sides. It makes the bills a lot more but it's hard not to add an order of chicken kickers or cheesy bread sticks. Plus they have cina-sticks and the lava cake for dessert!"

"Our craigcat boat guide recommended this restaurant when we asked for a great pizza place. so glad we came here instead of the tourist site in the city! the veggie pizza was the best pizza I ever had! Yummy food and cool chill atmosphere. always love to eat western the locals!"

"We had a lovely date night at Ops recently. Olivia was a wonderful waitperson, and the food was very good. We'd not found an Italian restaurant that we really loved since moving here, but this came close. The side salad was basically iceberg. It could use a little jazzing up with cheese, croutons and different veggies. The bread that accompanied the meal was dry and flavorless. Someone might have waived garlic butter over it, but it needed more than a waive. The meals themselves: lasagna and eggplant parm, along with a calamari appetizer, were all very tasty. Portions were such that we had leftovers to take home. Prices seemed very reasonable. Nice atmosphere with live music and outdoor seating. Will return perhaps to try the pizza or another Italian dish. They do have an extensive menu."

"I love the Loop. It's one of my favorite places to eat. It's always good for a quick meal. I have noticed their prices going up. Expect to spend about $25 for two people and a small kid. I really like ordering and picking it up to take it home. They always have it hot and ready when I get there. I've never had a bad meal there. The pizza is definitely up there for favorite but you also can't beat the loop and swiss burger with a side of their famous onion rings. Plus top it off with one of their awesome milkshakes and it's an amazing meal!"

"We really enjoyed being able to get our pizza just like we wanted it. There were a lot of people in line when we got there but the line moved swiftly. Our pizza turned out great! I also enjoyed see so many young people working and they did a great job! We'll be going back for sure."
