"They need to do a better job of cleaning their floors. They feel greasy. It's gross. The food here is decent but it's nothing to write home about. The last two times I've been here the cooks messed up my order pretty bad. For example, we came here for an early dinner. They weren't busy. My son ordered a regular cheeseburger with onion rings. Our food came, his didn't. The cook forgot about it. TWENTY minutes later it finally came but they forgot his onion rings. Fifteen minutes later his onion rings came out but it got so late we had to leave. We weren't offered a discount or anything, just a lazy apology and that was it. I don't expect free handouts but this was unreal. It took far too long to get his forgotten order out. To top it off, his burger was so overcooked it was like beef jerky just inedible. I paid the bill in full, tipped as expected, but we won't be coming back anytime soon. Chatham Tap, you really let us down."

"We've always liked Noble Roman's a lot but now we like it even more since they added a salad bar! A personal size pizza or a pasta dish with the salad bar is perfect. We had lunch there yesterday it was great! Highly recommended! One minorsuggestion for the salad bar croutons! We'll be back!!"

"Called restaurant in afternoon to place an order I was going to pick up on way home. I was immediately placed on hold for over 11 minutes. I finally hung up as I was driving by the restaurant and their was less than ten cars there. Thought I would try it again in the evening and I probably should not have tried again. Ordered pork poutine and I did not see any gravy on the serving. Needless to say it was not what I had expected and very disappointed."
