"Wolfgang’s is similar to an American steakhouse such as The Capitol Grille or Ruth’s Chris. We stopped in during happy hour to sit at the bar on Christmas Day. We were told there is a two hour limit to sit at the bar. I think we left right at two hours but the bar wasn’t full. We had a couple of cocktails, the lobster bisque, a green salad, and dessert. Food was high quality. I was a big fan of the homemade potato chips they serve at the bar."

"After a long day of traveling, this small steak house has wonderful classic music, friendly staff, informative, reassuring, and excellent at managing orders. The food was wonderfully prepared and the steaks did not need any seasoning. For a small shop, this place makes you feel like you are at home."

"Delicious selection of meat. This was my first visit to a Yakiniku. A few friends of mine who are locals to the Fukuoka area took me here as it was a favorite of theirs. There a is $20 set meal I would recommend and they do have an English menu."

"ハンバーグランチを注文。合計一人1901円。サービス料が別途かかりますが、大したサービスはできてないと感じました。店員を呼びたいのに、全然見えるところにいなくて困りました。店員のやってやってる感も感じました。 清掃もあまりできてないのか、隅々のホコリが目について、潔癖症の自分にはちょっとイヤな気持ちに。 お料理は美味しかったので、この評価です。 清掃とサービスが完璧であれば、星5つです。"

"Walk by chance and see a queue of people in the line in front of the restaurant. I'll have to try for dinner later. Really great in tasting, friendly staff, welcoming. Bar only restaurant, with English menu and many locals eat here."

"Really small space (maybe 12 or 16 seats max and you have to wait around 15 min to have a seat inside but the food is excellent. Basically yoo choose your meat with some extras (rice, eggs, soup, salad, etc. And you cook your meat to your conveniance (raw, well done, etc. At the other restaurant in tenjin, you can add some cheese with your beef. Like they say in japanese おいしですね。"

"Was a quick wait to get in and the food was good but not worth the amount we paid. The fillet (2700 yen) had some hard/ chewy bits and quite a bit of fat on the edge not meat marble fat but off cut fat. The mince cut was really oily.... For 300 yen would say you can skip and not feel like you have missed out. I would come back again but will most likely stick with the Hamburg set for 1200 yen."

"Coming from Tokyo, this place feels like a lot. For 4300 Yen you can eat all steak, sides, salads and a dessert. We had to book and recommend a reservation as it was busy every time. Service is super friendly and attentive. Quality of meat is just slow to get out at times (guest as it is busy) The thick steaks are great, but take a while to cook so recommend standadd style meat as well as cooking at the same time... Once you finish the standard size, the steak should be ready. I liked this page better than Tenji, there (depending on the seat) You can see the river and views are beautiful."
