"Our food order came hot and fresh. Our service was excellent. Our server was attentive, but not too much. She also told us about events in the area that we could use after dinner. Very pleasant experience. The restaurant needs new carpet or good cleaning, otherwise the dining room was clean and visited."

"You have a new kiosk system, then they call your number and you come get it from a counter. They largely ignore you and do not interact with customers. You don't seem to be as interested as they did before. I found a piece of plastic in my basket under my pommes. I almost ate it if I didn't look down I would have, they pretended they never saw a piece of plastic, and went away and said nothing more. Had to ask for a replacement frit, was not offered. Personally, I don't care about the new way they have Steak and Shakes Setup in Edwardsville. You were on the cheaper side now. Masks are not required by customers, but employees still wear them. The kiosk is very confusing if you haven't used it yet, ask for help before you get a massive order. Eat well!"
