"TGIF, more like TG I’m not coming again ! I came yesterday and had the upmost worst experience. Me and my family just wanted to enjoy a quick dinner instead, we got the bare minimum instead. I had a horrible waiter , it was so bad that I can’t even remember his name. Wanted his service out of sight and out of mind !! My mother literally asked for new wings because the order was messed and he told me “ all they are going to do is dip it in oil to get the flavor off and put a new one on” who even tell a customer that. Also the waiter seem like he didn’t want to take my family order. We waited 20 for our fountain beverage !! It wasn’t even busy. Then we voiced how our food didn’t even look like we were able to consume it. The waiter is going to say “ well your problems are above my pay grade”. We had to leave the establishment cause we didn’t like the service. I wish I remember the boy name to report him !!Wouldn’t recommend this location . Ruined my family dinner and night ! Nasty attitude from the waiter.Just don’t recommend!!!"

"I just got 5 6 22 6:40 clock after a terrible experience with the manager. first came a nice waitress to put us and he took the menu out of her hand to put us instead. he just didn't get any cash cards. we said we had enough and he repeated that you had enough? we were in the restaurant at the time. the manager came to order our order ca. 5 minutes later to take again instead of the waitress. when ordering a child meal, I asked to replace the pig ham for truthahn. the manager said we don't make turkey bacon for childhood. I advised him that we had got turkey bacon for the children's meals before the manager reacted well when someone did it for them before they shouldn't say because they get them in difficult ways. I never said a name that it was general. I then showed him where there is turkey bacon on the children's menu and he came with a story about 1 piece. in the midst of this he always told me if someone does something for them that they shouldn't say because they're putting them in trouble. with all this I took my party from four who told them we were going and going. I'll never go here again!"

"I love the food at Longhorn. I don't mind a 45 minute trip to and from the restaurant, I can't wait to bite into a juicy Flo's Filet. And the staff are tops, too. I just have one beef with the Queens location: Their men's room is a disgrace. Maybe it would be better if they put in brighter lights staff can't clean what they can't see, and a bathroom doesn't need romantic atmosphere. Most times they're out of soap and/or paper towels, which is more than an inconvenience to patrons it's a health hazard. Employees who handle your food are not able to properly wash their hands after using the toilet!"

"Spinach , feta and tomato was good. I think Ill try a different cheese but it was GOOD! Pancakes nice and fluffy. My daughter is picky with how bacon is cooked but she loved the way it was cooked. Will definitely order again."
