"Terrible food. Waitstaff was great, but kitchen messed up entire order and was served in pieces. Had to return and wait for several items that were specifically requested. Asked for manager at checkout but told they were too busy (half empty dining room). We will NEVER go to this poorly run restaurant again."

"Nasty shredded chicken and hot dogs . Ew when I expressed how disappointed I was she didn’t even offer to remake or refund. I’m so disgusted. Do not recommend could not get wheelchair or stroller up stairs cause for a very hard time."

"Was a problem with their credit machine. Rather then let my good get cold, after a few minutes of trying to fix it they gave me dinner in them. Now that is customer service. Regardless we always come here. Food is always fresh and hot and tasty as hell. Y'all rock. Thanks for being our neighborhood Arby's."

"My boyfriend and I went here for a romantic dinner, we didn't feel like driving all the way to columbus and we wanted more than the usual pub fare that Granville offers. We were wowed by the creative menu and delicious food. The menu changes regularly which is awesome for foodies like us, I also really like that it changes to include different flavor profiles for every season. We ordered the crostini (which changes each week according to the chef's choice), it was a great choice! Topped with a blend of prosciutto, arugula and ricotta it was a lovely way to start the meal. We both ordered pasta dishes for our meals, I loved my spinach and ricotta ravioli and my boyfriend's clam linguine was wonderful as well; the pasta was fantastic (homemade, I think) and the portions were generous but not overzealous. We also ordered a wonderfully rich parmesan risotto as a side. As stuffed as we were, we both cleared our plates and ordered dessert, which was a panna cotta soaked pound cake with berries. All in all, the food was rich, but not too heavy, the ingredients were fresh, the portions were perfect, and we were thrilled to find such a great restaurant so close to school. The prices were also very fair as well, much better than similar quality restaurants in columbus (we are students and we found it affordable for a time we wanted to treat ourselves). I'm not a drinker, but the cocktail menu was interesting and the wine list was extensive. We will definitely be back!"

"After waiting on our food order for about 30 minutes, I asked the waitress what was the status of our food. She came back and stated it would be just a few minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes, I then flagged down the hostess to ask the same thing explaining we needed to be somewhere in 25 minutes. Some cheese and crackers were brought out to enjoy while we waited. Finally a manager came out, said she knew about the situation and that our food was not going to be done (this is now an hour after placing the order). She did comp our drinks and brought out more cheese crackers, some salads and fruit to take with us. So she did right by us but sadly I cannot recommend the Buxton Inn to anyone else at this point. It was Father's Day but it was not that busy. I have no idea what happened in the kitchen but it was very disappointing."
