"How could I have lived on Maui all these years and not known about this food truck until I read about it in this week 's MauiTime? I grew up in a North meets South Indian household, and all the items we tried today were delicious and authentic. Our girls loved the chicken curry should 've gotten more, mom and samosas, and the korma was my favorite. My only other comment is that you all should serve other areas of the island as well :"

"The Beast Spoon was a highlight of our wedding vacation in Maui! We hired Daniel and Marluy to cook for our wedding dinner and Sunday brunch. As a small group, we wanted an unforgettable dining experience for our wedding. The Beast Spoon did not disappoint! From the first point of contact, to the amazingly delicious and exquisite food, to the service everything was top notch. The easy going, friendly vibe from the entire crew made the experience truly delightful. Our entire family absolutely loved the menu and exceptional service it was definitely the best dining experience we have had to date. "Waited probably 20min for a table which really isn't bad, took a bit to be waited on, but everyone is short staffed these days and all the servers were clearly busy. The hangover cure was great, tons of flavor, and the french toast was huge. Also tried the chai with macadamia milk, which was something different and fun. Would recommend!"
