"I'm giving 5 stars alone for an employee. Brandon was wonderful! My family has Celiac, when I asked for gluten-free Pita, he changed his gloves, the film in the Pita warmer and ensured that no other employee touched our foods or utensils, unless they had fresh gloves. He did this with care and courtesy."

"Lovely counter serve joint with Lebanese (I believe) ownership. Food is prepared with love to order, and everything is delicious. As an Arab American in a predominantly white suburban area with so many chain restaurants, I'm very glad to have this nearby. Highly recommend!"

"Great service, even right before closing! They were wrapping up, cleaning and preparing to shut down, but that didn't stop them from cheerfully greeting us and helping suggest some great food choices. The food was delicious. Much better experience than the other place we had just left, who didn't even notice that they lost our business!"

"I was recently introduced to Cava and can 't resist to get it any time I am near an establishment. It is a similar concept to chipotle build your own with fresh Mediterranean options. I would recommend looking at their menu prior to arriving. They have a lot of different options and it was difficult for me to pick on the spot. Everything sound so good. The ingredients are fresh and favorable. The space is open and clean. The staff has always been friendly as well."

"I only had the most incredible Pesto cavatappi with chicken here. I see these negative reviews and have a hard time to believe because the service was great people friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Five star noodles and companies at University Boulevard have made you a great job!"
