"Took 50 minutes to get food and restaurant was only 1/3 full. Took 10 minutes for our waiter to greet us and another 10 minutes for him to return to our table with drinks. When soup arrived it was very thin. My husband's Caesar salad had crumbs of croutons and none whole. Drinks were not refilled without having to wait 10 minutes after glasses were emptied. Meal was delivered. I ordered Chicken Marsala with capellini and Sugar Rosa sauce. Pasta was mushy. Sauce was watery. It was 10 minutes before anyone checked to see if the meals were OK. My meal was returned, and I didn't want to give it another try, as I had lost my appetite at this point. Windowsill was covered in dust and had dead bugs on it as well. I'm a big fan of Carrabba's and have frequented many locations. So disappointed. I will never eat at this location again. Manager didn't charge us for meal even though we didn't request it. It was so bad, even that attempt to make it right didn't make up for the experience."
