"A friend told me about this place a while ago, but I was never in the area until recently. Similar to other restaurants, they experience a lack of personnel here. But the staff this day was great. Our waitress was half the place and did it pretty well. The cooks and buses helped to pick up the slip if possible. We have to start mozzarella sticks that were beautiful and hot. Then we have burgers for our duck. My wife has sweet potatoes and I have perpetrators. Overall, everything tasted good, but I won't go back. I'll be back in the area and starving. But I would dare to find something new if I had time and stomach patience to explore."

"We hadn't been to The Melting Pot in a few years, and decided to celebrate a birthday there, and are we glad we did! Our waiter Luke was amazing, attentive, and very helpful. We walked (waddled) out of there very satisfied and satiated. We used to go into Charlotte for special occasions, but for the location, convenience, and experience there's no need to do that anymore. This location of The Melting Pot will be our go-to destination for celebrating special occasions, or just because we want something different, like drinks and dessert. Thank you for making a special day even more special Luke and staff!"
