"It is a Sunday! My husband and I came to eat an early dinner at about 5 pm! Thought they were closed! Plenty of employees, not many customers because their “OPEN” sign is turned off! Given the impression that the employees were glad to have a slow day! They are open until 9 pm…..don’t know how the owner can justify staying open with such slow business on a Sunday….but making the employees turn the sign on would really help them quite a bit in my opinion!"

"This was good. Interesting, really. The flavors were delicious, but I realized it was lacking that crystallization from sugar that makes eating ‘raw dough’ so satisfying.The service was nice, and the serving sizes are very generous, almost too generous, because it’s very rich, you really can’t eat much.My favorite flavor that we tried was the banana pudding specialty flavor. It tasted exactly like the banana pudding, without mushy bananas.I’d go back, but maybe to get a sampler platter to taste all the flavors in mini scoops (which are definitely a good size that I wouldn’t necessarily consider mini)."

"I never had a hot Italian beef sandwich in chicago. I've always tried one. her northside hero sandwich is exactly that. I tried it for the first time today, and I can certainly say it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. if they love spicy eating, the chicago style giardiniera on the sandwich is just one of the things that makes it really pop. besides eating, the staff are also incredibly friendly. many thanks for a great first impression! will definitely come back!"

"Bar service was a little hit or miss. It seemed like the bar tenders were tasked with doing too much or just didn't do a great job of balancing the demands of multiple patrons. Bar keeper time and space was eaten up with filling up water cups. Nice selection of beers to sample. We ended up buying a 6 pack and had them can a 32 ozer of a beer that was no longer available in a 6 pack. We tried a pretzel and it was OK; the cheese sauce was watery. Other food coming out of the kitchen looked yummy."

"Literally the worst experience we have had in Huntsville so far. Our entrees were borderline inedible. We didn't even take the time to send the meals back and have them remade because we were pressed for time and had to get back to our babysitter. I found out after the fact from some in the industry that the head chef had left recently. Maybe this visit was just poor timing."
