"My relatives and I tried the following: pork egg roll, pho tai, and bun Bo hue. Pork egg roll was a bit bland (must be dipped in the sweet fish sauce), bun Bo hue was very sweet (I added extra lime juice to make it taste better), pho tai was good, however, 2 of the bowls didn’t have much noodle and 1 of them was severely lacking it so we had to ask for more. Upon asking for more noodle, no apology was received from the server but it promptly provided. Additionally, we wanted Vietnamese coffee but it seemed the restaurant was understaffed with one server and she explained that it took too much time to brew and it couldn’t be provided.The restaurant was clean and modern, food and service was prompt, service could be improved with more and better customer communication. "I don't leave any criticisms, but I have to do it this time. Every time I come to Iowa City to visit family, I always make sure I come here for a meal. Always delicious, vegetarian friendly, affordable, great service, fast. Couldn't ask for more from a restaurant. Thank you Saigon’s Corner!! Go on!"

"Sun cafe is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. the restaurant is very clean and the bathrooms are clean. the owner is very nice and the food was very delicious. reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen. it was my first time here and I will definitely be back. the pho soup was very tasty, the thin cut bark meat and bark meat meat balls were very delicate and delicious. the broth is authentic and warms the soul."

"Hands down one of the best Pho's I have ever had. Very authentic and delicious. I highly recommend it. The owner was very welcoming and the place had a homey vibe. I got the Chicken Pho and it was very tasty and full of flavors. The portion was very big too. Finally I had a hot tea which was also good."

"My sister and I found this place on a whim, and it is by far the best pho either of us have had. The service was excellent, and our food came out quickly. The restaurant is clean, and the staff was super friendly. Plus, the portions are large enough that I can take the rest home and eat it as a full meal the next day. I’ve been back four or five times and almost always order the chicken pho."
