"We should have reserved on a Friday evening. They didn’t have room in the restaurant but they let us eat in the lounge. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The smoked brisket sandwich was delicious. The waitress took our order without writing it down and got everything correct. It felt like a place where anyone would feel comfortable. I plan to eat here again!"

"They have another menu as some months ago so we sadly couldn’t try the chicken carbonara and the ice stuffed donut. Instead we ate the INn-Burger, which was really good and some fries. For fries they cannot guarantee that they didn’t get contaminated in their fryer but we hadn’t had problems afterwards. For dessert we ate the brownie sundae which is really delicious and everyone should try it. The personal asked if it is an allergy and knew about which dishes are gluten free and which aren’t."

"I talked to the management on my trip that advised me that they would have recycling containers this year! They do NOT and Managment did not do what they would do. Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge is one of the few hotels that DOES NOT... have recycling options in a national park! Unfortunately, the only place for recycling is in the garbage."
