"Great older building right on whisky series. huge bourbon selection and large beverage selection with this bourbon. we ordered the queso and chips and added the chorizo I recommend this for sure it was exceptional. also got the brisket and pulled pork taco . the brisket taco was good, but oh my pulled boar with green chili sauce was absolutely phenomenal. I will be here again"

"We went Fri night with another couple and had the best time! Bourbons Bistro never disappoints. The place was full but we could hear our conversation perfectly. Drinks and apps were great, and of course the Caesar salads were perfect with bacon. For dinner we had porkchops, burger, and the Chilean salmon which was absolutely perfect; one of the best I have ever tasted. We chose the bread pudding for dessert and it melted in our mouths. Can't wait to visit again!"

"We walked out before ordering. The hostess wasn't helpful at all. Friendly at greeting, but my chair had oily food on it and she gave me a wipe to clean it myself ! No apology, no offer to get a fresh chair. Then we were told that we would be greeted by our server AFTER he took the order from the party of 16. No offer by hostess to get us a drink or cocktail. Menu was ordinary and limited. Parking lot outrageous, no validation. I expected much more from a restaurant housed in such a prestigious hotel. Do not recommend, will never go back. ZERO stars. Terrible experience."

"Good vibe in the place, but I ordered three separate food items, and tried 2 things my friends had ordered, and all of them were just okay. Good flavor on the brisket, but tough. Good taste on the carnitas taco, but also tough. Brussel sprouts were fine, nothing noteworthy.If you want a good vibe and okay food, this place isn 't a bad choice. If you want actually good food, I would not recommend it."
