"Good food, bad service. I know I don't speak Japanese and try my best, but this service was bad. The server itself was amazing, it was the host/gardener. We had a reservation for kaiseki, but, although our reliable hotel host got us reservations, it was somehow wrong. He was rude and showed no Japanese hospitality. Food was good, though a bit expensive for what it is worth."
