"My family and I love eating in El Serrano! The staff was always friendly, the food is nothing less amazing, and the atmosphere always requires a good time. This opportunity I planned a surprise dinner. Before booking, I was able to choose the room for reservation and discard the birthday cake. There were some obstacles in our way with the timing of the reservation (as everyone can imagine, surprises and timing not working well) but the staff was very accommodating. Our servers were amazing and we had a manager check at the end to make sure everything went well. I will always recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!!"

"Not from Lancaster, stopped at another place to order mead for a wedding. Took a chance and looked up for places to eat that was close to us. From the moment we opened the door, we couldn't have been happier. Flora's smelled amazing! We were greeted at the door and shown to a table. We asked various questions including allergies to certain foods. All our questions were answered with no issues from our sever. Foods were explained and recommended. We had 5 meals between us all plus appetizers, we all tasted and shared our meals and everything was absolutely delicious. Desserts were even ordered. At some point near the end of our evening, Flora introduced herself and inquired about our meal, making certain we were taken care of and happy. Her staff and food were amazing and the restaurant clean and tidy, with a perfectatmosphere. We will be making a trip back just for her food. Absolutely a great place to enjoy a meal at."

"I ordered Mango habanero wings for pickup here and I overall had a good experience. These are one of the best wings I have ever tried. I love how they have the right amount of crispiness and are very meaty. The fries are also quite good. I love the artwork painted on the building, it adds a unique and creative aura. The reason why I took off one star is I wish celery was given with the meal. Other than that, I am planning to order from them again."
