"We visited Costa in Debenhams in the High Cross Centre and were informed that the dishwasher was not working so we had to have our drinks in takeaway cups. This happens so regularly at Costa shops we believe they do not have enough staff on to clean the glasses and cups so they use this as an excuse, or they just can't be bothered to clean them. The drinks and cakes were fine and we did not have to wait long for them."

"If your looking for a truly scrumptious experience head to Gray’s located inside LBC. The breakfasts are the best, not in Leicestershire, full stop the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. The full English included home made sausage patty, Devine tomato’s and mini fried potato’s, coffee is smooth and well roasted, the toast, hot and dripping in butter, you will not be disappointed."

"Absolutely brilliant little place for coffee, lunch or cake. I often visit for time out from my desk and the coffee, cake, food and ambience is perfect. To top it off the service is excellent and it's always service with a smile. Keep up the good work people!"
