"The icecream is very tasty. If you’re looking for a great mint chocolate you should try the “after eight” flavor (although it’s not always available). However I give 2 starts because the asian lady staff has an attitude. There’s many flavors to choose from so let me have some time to choose. Update: I’ve been here a lot this summer and the situation have changed. All the staff there is friendly so I would give 5 stars now! Totally worth a visit I believe it’s the best gelato place around here."

"... nicht null Punkte oder unterirdisch bewerten kann. Da freuen sich die Plieninger seit Jahren auf eine Eisdiele und dann sowas... Menschenleer, Flair gleich null und das Eis schmeckt auch nicht!! Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente passen wohl eher in eine Plattenbau Siedlung... Preislich auch eine Frechheit!"

"I was there for a working dinner with other 20 persons of mixed nationality (greeks, turkish, french, italian, germans). Waiting for the table we started with beer, then we ate soup & spatzle as entrance, then a plate with steak (mild cooked) & onions, krauts and a big cannellone with pork meat and some vegetable (I haven't undersood, maybe because of the beer...). As dessert, when I thought all was finished, Vanilla Ice cream + fried slices of apple. Fantastic, The service very good and kind, the food really good. The location also, because all of us were at the same table, discussing together."

"My family has been eating here for a year off and on. Typically once a month or so. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The chef/host is always checking on all the guests and the staff speak moderately good English to complement my terrible German. We always end up laughing.The food is very good and quite often there is a special that is worth a try. My favorite is the Gorgonzola gnocchi which is like my grandmother used to make us when I was a kid. There are multiple pizza types and most of the standard Italian favorites. When the crepe with vanilla ice cream topped with a vanilla cream sauce is on the menu, it is a must try.For me it is the atmosphere and people that make the difference. Recommend reservations."
