"I have tried this place twice. First time I truly enjoyed the service and the food. Second time there was a long line and they did not have a system in place to seat people first come first serve basis so it turned out to be chaotic and some people took advantage of the situation. We eventually ended up going to another restaurant nearby. If they eventually get their reservation and walk-in system in control, I recommend this place. Otherwise I think they start losing business. For now 3 stars."

"This is our new favorite, among the many sushi options in the Campbell/Los Gatos/Saratoga areas. We ate here for dinner tonight, and while the food took a few minutes longer than some other places, we soon understood why. Large handcrafted rolls with all the trappings, made fresh with great quality fish, and the layers of flavors that good sushi brings. Little hints of sweet in rolls that generally are more umami, springs of spice in rolls that have more of a creamy overtone, you get the idea. It's not just fish, it's not just rice, it's not just sauce...it's the sum of the parts. Plus, it's a cozy spot tucked away from the hustle and bustle to really take a pause and enjoy the food."

"Good food but terrible service! I placed a pick up order which was not ready anywhere near when they told me it would be ready. When I arrived and asked about my order, the women aggressively argued with me about the timing she told me on the phone, outright lying about what she said. Don’t go here unless you are ok with horrible service!"
